皆さん、はじめまして。英語の日本ファッション・サイト『Tokyo Telephone』のエディターのサミュエルとレベッカです。これから、Change Fashion にバイリンガルのブログも書かせていただくことになりました。
今年の１０月に日本に移転しますが、イギリスにいる間に英国のファッション・ブランドや店を紹介したいです。その前にちょっと自己紹介します。
You might know us as the editors of Tokyo Telephone, but seeing as we will be moving back to Japan later this year, we thought we would chronicle that journey in a bilingual blog for Change Fashion. Thank you very much for having us and hopefully we can introduce you to some great fashion brands and shops from the UK before we head on over to Japan.
私たちのファッション・センスはほぼ同じです。ペア・アイテムより、同じワードロープぐらいの近さです。
現在は住む町はロンドンの近いブライトンです。ちなみにレベッカの故郷です。
ブライトンは古着のファッションの天国として有名な町をはじめ、LGBTのコミュニティの多い町もよく知られている。考えると、雰囲気は東京の高円寺に似ている。
As you may know our fashion sense is pretty similar and often we can be found dressed virtually identically.
Right now we are living in Rebecca’s hometown of Brighton which is well-known for its thriving vintage fashion scene as well as a hive of liberalism and the LGBT community. Now that I think about it, the atmosphere has more than a little in common with Koenji in Tokyo.

When you say “Japanese fashion” here in the UK, this is regrettably what most people think of:

When we live in Japan there are going to be lots of things we miss, but we are mostly looking forward to pushing on. Oh and by the way, we will most certainly be living in Koenji…
